Rich, smoky and spicy, our new Chipotle Houmous blends earthy chickpeas and creamy tahini with sweet caramelised onions and tangy tomato, lifted by bright lemon and finished with a smoky chipotle kick. Our Chipotle Houmous reflects a rich meeting of cultures, inspired by Puebla where Mexican and Middle Eastern culinary traditions have intertwined over generations.
Our Creamy Corn pays tribute to esquites, the iconic toasted corn snack enjoyed in bustling markets and city plazas, especially in Mexico City. It is fresh, bright and indulgent, combining silky mayonnaise with the sweet crunch of corn and a creamy cheese layer, lifted by fragrant coriander and lemon, with a zesty chilli-lime kick on top.
Inspired by jocoque, a tangy fermented dairy with roots in pre-Hispanic Mexico, our Creamy Jalapeño Dip celebrates the rich fusion at the heart of Mexican gastronomy. The Creamy Jalapeño dip opens with the tangy freshness of yogurt, followed by the smooth creaminess of cream cheese, a hint of garlic and a bright lift of lemon, before finishing with the spicy kick of jalapeño pepper.
